I was so lucky to have a chance to attend Fashion for a Cause as the guest of my super great new friend Jana Meister! This was Truman Medical Center’s 10 annual fashion show benefitting Women’s Health and included fashion and style from local boutiques and designers. This is totally my scene. It was hosted by a childhood hearthrob of mine, AC slater…I mean Mario Lopez. Did I get to meet him you ask? YES! Thanks Jana;)

I shopped my closet for the event but had visions of a chic black long sleeved romper. Ususally I would tell you NOT to go shopping with your heart set on something so specific because most likely you won’t find it. But apparently I don’t take my own advice:) oops. So there I went on a mission to find this perfect piece and fell in love. AND you will never guess where I found it. Abercrombie and Fitch. That’s right. The aroma of Woods cologne instantly reminded me highschool days. Never in a million years did I think I would find this gem of a romper here, but color me shocked, I did. Just goes to show, shopping with an open mind is VERY IMPORTANT.

Don’t you just love that boho bell sleeve? find a long sleeve romper and you can wear it all year round! Think about maybe even adding some tights in the winter…hmmm…maybe I will do that!

If you haven’t tried a romper but are thinking you might want to.,.. you totally should. It is the perfect time!
