It’s my favorite time of the year soon…summer. I love this time of year because, well, who doesn’t love summer but also because this is when my alter ego starts dressing in color and in dresses. Typically I am so busy shopping for other people that I don’t have much time to shop for myself, but when I saw this ribbed tank dress with poplin skirt in the richest orange you can imagine, I knew it would be perfect. I don’t have a very long torso so sometimes a dropped waist can be tricky. But, the cut of the top of the dress, the ribbed fabric and the dropped waist worked in harmony to be a perfect fit! I did a small for size reference. The blue toile set has been something I have been wanting to try for a long time but wanted to find the perfect version and this happens to be it! The top and skirt both run true to size and there is really no better way to look put together while making a statement than wearing a matching set! Wanting a pop of an fun, I went with this brightly beaded bag because it makes me so happy…and it is big enough to carry all the things I need. I am a huge believer in your bag being an important part of your look. With it being summer, sunglasses are always a fun add to my look. This season, I was really wanting to add an iconic pair. Knowing that I have been able to hold on to my other designer sunglasses for quite some time now, I gave myself permission to invest in these gorgeous celine squovals!
